The courses and trainings are structured to take approximately 2 to 3 hours. After each course completion, you are awarded a Supply Chain and Logistics Management (SCM) Certificate by BNP Academy that you can share with prospective employers. At BNP RIDERS ACADEMY, we have sourced and trained over 500+ riders for organizations. We have a resounding expertise in sourcing for Riders across a broad and diverse set of skill and industries within Abuja, Nigeria.
In partnership with FEDERAL ROAD SAFETY CORPS (FRSC), VEHICLE INSPECTION OFFICERS (VIO), AND THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION; We are able to provide practical logistics training programs that will build riders effectiveness and competence.

Based on the requirements of the Company or client for riders; We will identify appropriate persons through either any one or a combination of means such as external advertising, in house search of existing data bank, recommendations, headhunting etc.
After In-house assessments of the relevant skills and interviews, the Agency will send resumes of short-listed appropriate candidates to the Company for their review. Based on the Company’s input, BNP would arrange for interviews with Company personnel.
